Thank you for shopping with Animecraftco. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Returns & No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances, except in the limited cases outlined below.

Exceptions—When We Will Accept a Return or Refund

A return or refund will only be considered if:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product was printed incorrectly

  • The wrong colour was sent by Animecraftco

In these cases, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

No Returns or Refunds for the Following Reasons

We do not offer returns or refunds if:

  • You ordered the wrong size

  • You ordered the wrong colour

  • You changed your mind after placing the order

  • The item does not fit as expected

  • You dislike the design after purchase

  • The order was placed incorrectly by the customer

This applies to all custom-printed, personalised, or made-to-order items.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Review product descriptions carefully

  • Check size charts before ordering

  • Confirm colour and design details before checkout

By placing an order with Animecraftco, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy in full.

As our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner Printify, the following additional terms apply:

  • In the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, a free reprint or refund may be offered.

  • You must contact us within 30 days of product delivery to be eligible.

  • To submit a claim, please contact our team using the “Submit Issue” form and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

  • There is no need to return the damaged or defective product.

  • Claims submitted after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.

This policy applies only to defects, damage, or errors caused during production or fulfillment. It does not apply to customer errors such as ordering the wrong size, colour, or design.
